Soil analysis: We take soil samples from several different areas in your lawn and send it to Brookside Labs in New Knoxville, OH. After receiving the results back we will contact you, discuss the results, and then we will be able to customize a program based on what your soil is deficient in.
Core aeration: This service strengthens the root system, improves drainage, relieves compaction, and helps the lawn uptake the nutrients from the fertilizers properly. We highly recommend this service if you have a large thatch layer (more than ½ inch) or have had problems with lawn diseases in the past. *Upon request we can apply a pelletized compost product to accelerate the process of improving your soil structure.
Overseeding: Best results occur after core aerating, but this service can be done without the aeration. Perfect for developing a thicker lawn, integrating new varieties of grass into an old lawn, or filling in bare spots.
Grub Prevention: This is a protection against damage caused by white grubs. If you have had a history of grub problems we highly recommend this service.
Surface Insect/Disease Control: We use an Integrated Pest Management approach to all uncontrollable lawn problems that may occur. We will spot treat any areas that show damage resulting from surface insects (ex. Chinch Bugs) or lawn disease (ex. Dollar Spot).
